Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, the order enters production and cannot be canceled. You will receive an email notification when production begins.
What are the delivery times and shipping costs?
Since all our products are made-to-order and handcrafted with care, we aim to minimize your waiting time by offering tiered shipping options based on your order subtotal:
- For orders under or equal to $100 USD:
– Standard Shipping: FREE (Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days).
– Expedited Shipping: $10 USD (Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days).
- For orders over $100 USD:
– Expedited Shipping is automatically upgraded to Free — no extra charge.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to track your delivery details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal or Credit/Debit card.
What currencies can I pay in?
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), and all payments are processed in USD as well.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes ?
Orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
